  1. If I become a Member, can my family Members also enjoy the Club facilities?

Yes. As a Member or a Registered Nominee of a Corporate Member, you can apply for supplementary cards for your spouse and children aged 8 to 21 under the Supplementary Card Scheme. There is no charge for Spouse Supplementary Card, while there is an annual fee for each Children Supplementary Card currently at $60 for Racing Members and $120 for Full Member. The Scheme is subject to review by Stewards from time to time.

  2. How do I become a horse owner?

There are different types of ownership in the Club. Racing Members and Full Members are eligible for applying for sole, partnership and syndicate horse ownership. Racing Club Members and Registered Nominees of a Corporate Member can apply for syndicate ownership only.. If you would like to be an owner, you need to obtain a Horse Import Permit which is allocated by ballot every year around March in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Horse Ballot Bye-laws. If you would like to join the existing racing syndicates, you can ask the manager of the syndicate to write to the Club's Racing Department.

For details, please contact the Club's Racing Department.
