  1. How do I play the audio?

    After selecting the audio language, your browsers will open the audio player automatically. You can press the Play button to start the audio.

  2. I can't hear the audio, what should I do?

    Make sure your audio settings are turned on and are not muted.

    If you still cannot hear the audio, it might be caused by the internet speed or traffic congestion. You should try to wait for a while and then restart the audio player.

  3. What should I do if the player gets buffered, is unsmooth or even goes offline when I am listening to the programme?

    You should check your internet connection to make sure your signal is good and uninterrupted. You can enquire about network issues from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

    You may also turn off individual programs / web pages and try again later.

  4. How can I control the volume?

    To change the volume, drag the Volume slider to decrease or increase the audio volume.

    Click on the speaker icon to mute the volume and the speaker icon will be changed to silent mode.

    Click on the speaker icon in the silent mode to allow the speaker volume to return to normal.

    Yes, you can select any starting point along the timeline in Archive mode.
