  1. How does a company apply for Corporate Membership?

By invitation only, company should write to the membership department to indicate its interest. The Stewards will then evaluate the company’s business nature, operation scale, financial standings, business turnover and profit in order to decide whether an invitation will be extended.

Companies when indicating their interest, they should at the same time submit the following supporting documents for the Club’s consideration:

    (i) A general description of the company's operation in Hong Kong and/or overseas
(ii) A copy of the company’s most recently published annual report and financial report
(iii) The company's Memorandum & Articles of Association, Business Registration and Certificate of Incorporation
(iv) The company structure in Hong Kong and/or overseas, including the names of their senior executives and their respective titles

  2. How much is the joining fee and monthly subscription for Corporate Membership?

There are two types of Corporate Membership: Scheme A and Scheme B are joined at HK$2,200,000 and HK$4,400,000 respectively. The monthly subscription is HK$2,200.

In terms of membership privileges, there is no difference between the two types of schemes. Under both schemes, the company can nominate one representative to use the Clubhouses' facilities in the same manner as Full Members.

However, under Scheme A membership, each nomineeship period lasts for a maximum of 36 months after which the company needs to register a different nominee. Under Scheme B membership, the company's Registered Nominee may retain the nomineeship until the company wishes to change its Nominee.
