How do I view my transaction records? What is the difference between "Account Records" and "Current Session Records"?
You can check your official transaction records by "Betting A/C Records" via eWin based on your selected criteria. "Current Session Records" provides information for current login only, and it will be deleted when you logout.

Why I cannot see a new window when I click on account functions (e.g. Funds transfer, Setting & Account Records)?
eWin provides only one browser window for all account function (e.g. Funds transfer, Betting A/C Records & Setting). If you have already opened it for any one of these functions, the new content will shown in the same window.
