  1. Message "Status Unknown" is displayed after sending bets. What should i do?

  1. Message "Status Unknown" is displayed after sending bets. What should i do?

    You can check your transaction records by "Account Records" function for confirmation. Please refer to the following diagrams.

    • Ref No. column displays the error message(s) which corresponds to the bet with “unknown” status
    • Close the [Bet Confirmation] window and click the [A/C Record] on the eWin to verify the result the resulting transaction record
    • In the [Current Session Record]. Follow the instruction and click [Transaction Record] to view whether the bet has been accepted or not
    • Recall [Transaction Record], you can see the bet has been accepted. Otherwise, the bet is not accepted
    • If you want to view the latest balance of betting account, please click the refresh button on the betslip.
  2. How do I select an All Up bet in eWin?

    To place an All Up Bet, select two or more bets and click "Add to Slip". Then click "All up" to select individual bet for All up. Afterwards, select All Up Formula. Finally, add the All Up bet in eWin. Then continue to select another single or All Up bets.

  3. Why can't I add a Cross All-up bet with bets (different bet types) on the eWin?

    Betlines from same match cannot be combined as selection of Cross All-up bet.
    For example, “HAD FRI 2” and “HILO FRI 2” is not allowed for a Cross All-up bet.

  4. Error message "System is temporarily suspended for Mark Six Entries, please try again later " is displayed when placing a Mark 6 bet. What should i do?

    Upon the Mark 6 stop selling, customer could not place bets until the selling start of next draw.

  5. Error message "Duplicate bet selection not accepted (applicable to fixed odds football betting only)" is displayed. What should i do?

    You have already added the same betline to eWin. All fixed odds bet types of Football cannot be repeated.

  6. How do I place bets for "In Play Betting" in eWin?

    You can click on "In Play Betting" at the menu bar on the left side and add your betlines to eWin. Service hour of "In Play Betting" depends on individual match kick-off time.
