  1. Why can't eWin display properly? How can I use the eWin functions then?

  2. Why do I find that there are 2 eWin among the browsers? Will the bets be transmitted repeatedly?

  1. Why can't eWin display properly? How can I use the eWin functions then?

    The recommended screen resolution for eWin is 1024 x 768 pixels or above. If your screen resolution is 800 x 600 pixels only, eWin will be minimized so that it will not block the odds and match information .  To restore eWin and use its functions, simply click the “+” button showed below.

    If your screen resolution can reach 1024 x 768 pixels, you may change the setting to display eWin properly. Refer to the setting procedures of different operating systems below.

    Windows XP/Vista
    1. Open Control Panel > Display > Settings
    2. Set Screen Area to 1024 x 768 pixels, then click OK

    Windows 7
    1. Open Control Panel > Display > Adjust resolution
    2. Set Resolution as 1024 x 768, then click OK

    MAC OS
    1. Click Apple logo > System Preferences > Displays
    2. Set Resolutions as 1024 x 768

  2. Why do I find that there are 2 eWin among the browsers? Will the bets be transmitted repeatedly?

    Please first check of any duplicated logins, via more than one browser windows. Only the latest logon will be valid for account transactions.

  3. When using Safari, there is a pop-up warning message prompted when click on the "Betting A/C Records" and "Funds Transfer", why?

    Open Safari browser, click Safari Tab, choose “Preference”, click on “Security” tab

    Safari blocks any pop-up windows as default, you can disable this option at browser preference page (as indicated in below screen).

  4. Why the "Betting A/C Records" and "Funds Transfer" functions are blocked? How can I access them?

    The "Betting A/C Records" and "Funds Transfer"  functions work on pop-up windows. However, most browsers block pop-up windows by default and display warning messages as below.

    Chrome

    Safari

    To access these functions, include bet.hkjc.com to the pop-up exception list of your browser.
