  1. Error message "Another session already logged on, this session will be terminated (103)" is displayed when using Funds Transfer or Account Records functions, what should I do?
  2. Error message "Status Unknown" is displayed after sending bets, what should i do?
  1. Error message "Another session already logged on, this session will be terminated (103)" is displayed when using Funds Transfer or Account Records functions, what should I do?

    Please check that whether you have logon another browser at your PC. If problem persists, please close all the browser windows and re-logon the service.

  2. Error message "Status Unknown" is displayed after sending bets, what should i do?

    You can check your transaction records by "Account Records" function for confirmation. Please refer to the following diagrams.

    • Ref No. column displays the error message(s) which corresponds to the bet with “unknown” status
    • Close the [Bet Confirmation] window and click the [A/C Record] on the eWin to verify the result the resulting transaction record
    • In the [Current Session Record]. Follow the instruction and click [Transaction Record] to view whether the bet has been accepted or not
    • Recall [Transaction Record], you can see the bet has been accepted. Otherwise, the bet is not accepted
